Find my booking

This location does not offer refunds for purchased tickets. More information about the ticket terms and conditions and refund policy can be found here. However, it is possible to rebook your unused ticket to another date. Options on how to do this can be found on this page.

For urgent questions, please contact us via WhatsApp. Is the desired day or time slot no longer available? Then the tickets are unfortunately sold out. We cannot assist you by phone either. It is not possible to be placed on a waiting list.
